The Challenge
Shaw Software was looking to improve its unique brand as a succesful small business on the National Capital Region IT consulting landscape.
Jim Shaw, president of Shaw Software, described the project timeframe as 'immediate' and required a quick turnaroud in execution (2 weeks). The company did not previously use a consistent logo and was using generic, text-only, business cards.
The Solution
We split the project into two one-week phases. The first phase included researching, creating and choosing the Shaw Software logo from multiple designs.
The second phase included creating the business card design, as well as executing and packaging the company's new business cards.
Final Product
The logo design is intended to create the illusion of a double 'S' shape embedded in a circuit board, which evokes the company's IT consulting background.
The company's new logo has been successfuly integrated into Shaw's marketing campaigns, while the new business cards are now an integral part of Shaw Software's sales and lead generation process.
